The team was incredible to work with. Team really does mean team, they are well oiled, work well together and you never feel alone. They handled a complex sale with deep sensitivity and a high level of professionalism. Their communication was exceptional, always keeping us informed and understanding our needs. When faced with challenging offers, they worked tirelessly to secure the best outcome. Even after the sale, they continued to provide support and guidance. I highly recommend Team Connie and Mel to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, caring, and results-oriented real estate team. When a purchaser of a property in a situation like ours really appreciate and values OUR agent then you know you've got gold.

We would have no problem recommending Steve to anyone as a real estate agent. As we were downsizing he was very helpful guiding us and was informative throughout the period of the sale. He is very friendly and professional. He was always available for any questions we had and if he was busy he would call back promptly. There was no stress at any point during the process.

We recently sold a rental property situated 60km from where we live. Fiona and her team took care of the whole process, keeping us well informed along the way. From our first contact, Fiona gave us space when we needed it and was available whenever we had a question. Her knowledge of the market felt realistic, and her vast experience shows in the easy manner she navigates the sale of a property. I highly recommend Fiona for the sale of any property; I believe Fiona and her team would put in the same amount of effort regardless of the property's value.

Huge gratitude to Fiona and her team for their dedication and professionalism. Their communication was excellent and it was a pleasant experience to be guided through the whole process by Fiona and the girls. I knew straight away that Fiona was working to get the best result for me and had my home sold within a month. I have no hesitation in recommending Fiona to anyone buying or selling a home.

It is with the greatest of pleasures that I’m writing this response. We have definitely received 5-star service from Team Connie and in particular from Mel who has worked very closely with us. There was and still is nothing that Mel will not do to assist her clients. She has taken our situation to heart and has gone above and beyond for us, supporting us through everything. She is very professional, she is a wealth of knowledge and at no point did we feel that she was telling us or giving us advice that we could not rely on or believe. She has become a dear friend that has treated us with respect and dignity with high integrity. She has worked tirelessly to get us a place where we can feel comfortable. We would like to say thank you to everybody that is part of Team Connie for their help and support. I will always recommend Team Connie to anybody and everybody. Thank you Oscar and Erika
