The photography of the home and the written comments were presented extremely well and this presentation attracted the prospects in a difficult market. As vendors, we had high expectations in a market that was producing sales below QV. However, after a full six week sales period, Team Connie brought a buyer who not only met our price but achieved a price over 8% above QV when other realities were not. I could not speak highly enough of Fiona and her really industrious team of Sheree and Katrina. They were ever polite, interested, conscientious, sensible, cheerful, alacritous, and I noticed, last but not least, always greeted me with a comforting and welcoming smile. It is a worrying time selling your home; there is every reason to feel anxious about it, and you need to have confidence in those you have entrusted with your interests in that sale. I could not help but feel they had my best interests at heart, though I was too, always conscious that they must have been sorely burdened with the needs and demands of their many other clients. They are honest, sincere, candid and direct. I felt totally confident in my dealings with them. Perhaps most importantly, when you are selling your greatest asset, as I was, they always came across to me as consummately professional; exactly what an unknowledgeable ingenu like me, very much more than a little lost in the esoteric intrigue of property marketing, required. I would not hesitate for an instant to recommend Fiona, Sheree and Katrina to anyone who sought my advice on the matter. Fiona was recommended to me by close friends; they most certainly did not ‘steer me wrong’. How they always managed to stay so calm, always look so professionally well presented, and always answer my constant enquiries so patiently and speedily, will ever remain a mystery to me. Fiona made selling my flat an easy experience - she even arranged for me to borrow an inflatable mattress so the unfurnished bedroom would look like it had a bed. Fiona and her team were very friendly and helpful every step of the way. They did a lot of work behind the scenes following up with potential purchasers.
