In general I am quite its negative about real estate agents but Liam is honest and trustworthy. That's big in my book!! He is fair, thoughtful, going beyond our expectations and it was a pleasure to work with him, in fact there is no other agent I would consider dealing with. Liam was on the ball from the start, he was committed to selling our property and we were pleased with the price and speed with which he did so. Thoroughly recommended.

We dealt with Grant twice in the last six months in our search for a beach house. We have found him very easy to deal with, super knowledgeable about the area and not pushy at all. He is helpful and really went the extra mile. As a result of this experience we would absolutely use him if we needed to sell a property. A friendly all-round nice guy to deal with.

We first meet Andrea Bradley when we purchased our Waikanae house five years ago. She was accommodating and helpful in facilitating our decision to make a late viewing and offer on the property. We were really impressed by her accessibility, discretion and professional approach walking that fine line between loyalty to the property sellers while supportive to us as spur of the moment, out of town, prospective buyers. The process was efficiently handled and straight forward. Andrea was later also helpful in connecting us to other services in the local region. When reluctantly, we considered having to sell the same property a few years later we had no hesitation in contacting Andrea who provided valuable information and insights to the local property market. When we listed with her agency, she prepared extensive, professional marketing reports and documentation which confirmed her understanding of the trends and knowledge of the Kapiti Coast area. She discussed and offered marketing strategies that were appropriate and responsive to our circumstances and wishes at the time. Throughout the selling period Andrea was very conscientious in keeping us well informed and following up all our inquiries or those of prospective buyers.
