During the process of purchasing the property I found Sophie's advice on the transaction and the overall process to be very helpful and was greatly appreciated.I found her to be a very good communicator who kept me well informed as things progressed. When combined with her friendly and pleasant personality I will be very happy to recommend her services without hesitation to any prospective sellers. I wish her all the best for the future. Regards, Mike.

Buying a house is full of stressful and important decision making. In Sophie we encountered a friendly and kind person who was willing to go out of her way to give us advice and to get things done. She has built up great professional relationships with clients and tradespeople alike. Sophie is a real people person and thinks with you. We experienced fast and clear communication even outside office hours. She has gone out of her way to get things sorted under a bit of deadline stress. Sophie's support was instrumental in us realising our dream and purchasing our first home in NZ. For this we are very grateful. We highly recommend her.

We had previously been impressed with the experience we had with Matt when looking to purchase a property, that we approached Matt to market the property on our behalf when we decided to sell. We appreciate Matt’s consistent, clear communication & professionalism. Matt Goodman is an agent we will recommend in future.

Matt was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout our purchase. His communication was excellent, and on the occasion when he was unavailable he returned our calls promptly. He went out of his way to make the whole process as smooth as possible.

Sophie managed get four tenants in unequal shares moving in one direction and made a great sale. From arranging cleaners and gardeners, communicating well and using he professional skills I consider her a to be a top agent. She really went the extra mile for the vendors who are spread over three different countries. She got us all a great result. She took a lot of the worry over all of the details of the sale off our shoulders and really put the whole show together. Thanks, Sophie.

as we are in our retirement year Sophie show respect & patients with us, as Sophie guided us through step by step with market knowledge,& professionalism, and her communication was brilliant as i have bad hearing. and she came through & sold the house in good time, just like she said she would. PS if Sophie is as good musically, as she at selling housing , i must go and listen to her. Pete & Lilly

Matt turned over every stone, and came up with a great plan of attack to get us sold. We trusted and listened to his advice, spent the money on staging and marketing, and ran the campaign Matt recommended. This delivered huge interest in what has been a slow market, and flushed out plenty of buyers which resulted in a 4 way multi-offer, and delivered a cash unconditional sale at a price we were very happy with. Honest, genuine, and hard working Agent backed by a great brand!

This is the second property that I have purchased through Toby. Because of my good experience on the first property I called him about this one when I knew it was on the market. His communication was excellent and he helped facilitate the sale professionally.
