We found Toby to be very approachable and helpful when it came to finding extra information on the block of land we have bought. There was a couple of times we couldn't get Toby on the phone but given the rural aspect of his selling, we understood it was due to remote locations he operates in not having coverage. Very much to his credit, when contact was made he worked in a really professional and efficient way. We would recommend Toby as he is knowledgeable in his specialty, works really hard to get the best result and is personable at what could be, an extremely stressful time. Thanks so much Toby.

Where do we even start?! 😂❤️ We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to have in our corner. Sophie is an absolute powerhouse, always one step ahead, never stops working and somehow manages to make the whole process feel easy (even when it definitely isn’t 😂). She’s not just our real estate agent but part of the family our kids adore her, and if they could choose, she’d probably be invited to Christmas! 😂❤️ We absolutely love her and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. Matt rang me on a Sunday evening, after meeting him at an open home on the Saturday prior and from that phone call and going forward I felt supported and listened to with zero muck arounds. He took into consideration everything I was looking for and nailed the brief a day later. He was very responsive and was always at the end of the phone when possible, was always positive and smiling, nothing was a problem and he made the process exciting, easy and stress free. I’ve bought and sold many homes over the last 10 years and I can honestly say he’s been the best agent I’ve dealt with. Thanks again, Matt. Absolute class.
