I’m blown away how easy and smooth the process was. I contacted Elisha on a Wednesday to say I’m looking to sell my house. On Thursday she said she had people to look through over the weekend and an offer was presented to me on the Monday! Less than a week from first contacting Elisha and we were under contract!! This made what could be a stressful experience an easy one :)

We are both in our 70s with health issues and did not want to be in a retirement home. We were looking for a property that we could bring our family together. Sophie had a property listed with 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom home on 1 hectare that was handi-cap capable close to Wakefield that suited us perfectly. The problem was that we owned 2 houses one in Richmond and the other in Murchison that we needed to sell in a limited period of time to make the deal work. Sophie said she could do it, and she did. She had open homes every weekend and would show the properties to anyone who had any interest. Several times she drove the 260 km return trip to show the house to one person. She sold both properties in a slow market for more than our asking price and managed to closed the deal on both properties on Christmas Eve. This was an excellent result and a Merry Christmas. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work.

We found Matt a breeze to work with. He’s a good listener and is very approachable. As far as communications goes, he kept us well up to speed each step of the way either by phone or physical visits. Matt is very artful with his persuasive manner and empathetic with the buyers needs. He does not come over at all as a stereotypical pushy salesman, quite the opposite. Matt competentely guided us through a more convoluted home purchase, conducting most of his correspondance while on holiday overseas during the Christmas period. His communciation was prompt, attentive and helpful, anwering all our questions clearly. We found Matt to be friendly and honest.
