Toby came in and told us a plan of attack to selling our property. A hard and fast approach. That was done with multiple open homes followed by multiple individual viewings. This set a good position for an offer which came only after 60 odd days on the market. Toby and Elisha were both easy to deal with and gave sound advice along the way.
