As the headline states, Matt and of course his colleague Kirstie are both very clearly a professional in their line of work, however they have a remarkable sense of "approachability". As a first home buyer, had never putting a foot into the world of all this real estate "jargon" it was certainly a bit intimidating. All my queries, questions and most importantly worries were only a phone call away and quickly settled in a manner I could understand and work with. Professional, but can cater to that first home buyer who just may need a little "help" along, making the buying experience ever so less "scary", "intimidating", and most importantly "stress-free".
