We marketed our home with an agent at the start of 2025, received one offer over a three month period (which fell through) and very few people to the open homes. Decided to give it a break over winter and try again in the spring. We gelled really well with Angela, she is so bubbly, enthusiastic, very easy to talk to, and we felt like we had a really good fit with her.
