We were pleased with the advertisement sign board that they put up in front of the property. Although we were overseas, they were kept up to date with interests on the property. Extremely happy with Carla's professionalism and her enthusiasm to help with us selling our family home. She showed respect for what we were going through but also set realistic price expectations and didn't promise pie in the sky figures. Her knowledge of current market values and what was generally going on in our area help with decisions. The communication skills were exceptional and she kept us informed after every open home or any time a prospective buyer had a question or query that was relevant and not just a time waster. She was also always available or return a phone calls within 15 minutes if she was unable to answer straight away. She had a wonderful sense of humor which we tested on a daily basis.
