Every question I had was answered without hesitation and explained clearly. When I needed to engage with other professionals, such as lawyers, financial advisors, movers, etc. Michael was able to recommend several companies for each industry, quickly enabling me to reach out to the right people and assemble a team that made the home purchasing process a breeze! Michael was always contactable and accommodating to meeting times and locations, which made him exceptionally easy to work with. Some real estate agents phone it in, but not Michael. He recently sold my apartment, and I really think he went the extra mile to thoroughly understand the property and the potential buyers. Nothing was a problem, and he smoothed out the challenges that come with dealing with apartments. He was super friendly and positive the whole way through. Michael stands out from other real estate agents I have met. A genuinely likeable fella who works hard for his clients but is equally helpful and straight up with buyers. Excellent communication and supportive throughout the process. As previous reviews have mentioned, he waterblasted my paths (and got absolutely head to toe filthy!), whipped around with his leaf blower before open homes - I also took to calling him “above-and-beyond”. Michael, thanks so much for your help in selling my home, your experience and advice were always spot-on and apologies for covering your newly dry-cleaned suit in cat fur!

Michael was incredibly good to work with, from the first viewing through to a later private one he arranged. He was knowledgeable about the house, the area and the process, warm and kind in his manner and very considerate. His communication and timeliness was faultless, keeping in contact through the entire process, even meeting us after hours to get our autographs once the deal had been reached. He was courteous and professional in all interactions and stood apart from other salespeople we had experienced while house hunting. From the get go, Jules made the process of selling our house very relaxing. He gave us the space to think about his appraisal and was happy to answer all our questions before signing with him. Jules is very down to earth and gave us a very realistic/honest guide for our house. However he then put in the hours and managed to deliver far beyond our best expectations.
