Jules took on the difficult task of selling 4 properties for us, none of which were in a very good condition. He guided us on what could be done to present the properties for the best result. Nothing was too much trouble, and he helped source Contractors, prices. We were not rushed in the process, and any queries were handled quickly and efficiently. One thing that stood out for me personally was, as much as he was looking after us, it was an equally fair process for the potential purchaser. We had a great experience working with Michael. All tasks were done on time. So goal oriented, he made sure that our house was sold as per our target schedule and target price. He is easy to talk to and constantly gives us updates after every viewings and open homes. He’s very positive, helpful and resourceful.
