Michael is, was and always will be the best agent in property. But he's not just an agent selling houses, he is your champion who will stop at nothing to ensure your property sells for the best price. My lovely old house was not without it's issues and all of them Michael dealt with, with calmness and professionalism, often getting stuck in himself to get done what needed to be done. He juggled tradesmen and council with expertise and was in constant communication with me. Often I felt as if I was Michael's only client and mine was the only property he was selling, such was his commitment to me. So, I am writing this review post settlement, not just at the time of sale. We dealt with him over the past 3-4 months. Now when I reflect on how to summarise his character, these words pop up -Patient, Problem Solver, Great listener, outcome focused, excellent mediator, committed, keeps his promise. I believe his vast experience leading a school coupled with ability to learn fast has contributed to his work ethics and deliverables. He has an innate understanding of Vendor and Buyer psychology, and allows him to connect with them on a personal level. There's a saying, 'you can't please all the people all the time'. Somehow, Michael managed to prove this wrong. He achieved great outcome for the Vendors, and the purchasers' - I hear - are over the moon too. With his attitude, charisma, energy and ambition, if he continues on this trajectory, will make him one of the top real estate professionals in this country. You know sometimes you meet professionals who over promise and under deliver. I don't know how, Michael over promised and yet delivered above and beyond. We might even say that if you don't use his services, at least once, you are truly missing out.
