All went smoothly with the sale of my Aunts house. Tall Poppy fees seemed to be cheaper than other Realestates and covered appropriate advertising. It was my first time selling and with the added responsibilities of being an executor (jointly) and both of us executors living far away Peter was very helpful in organizing cleaning of house and the presentation of the house. He is local and has the contacts and experience.

Keeley's communication right from the start was faultless. We asked for an appraisal not long after lockdown which she returned within 24 hours. We did not list at that point and then contacted her again late October, she did another appraisal which was significantly higher and thought no way we would get that for our property. Well Keeley really knows her stuff, she marketed the property so professionally and came in over and above what we expected. Her attention to detail in all areas could not be more professional. We also felt her customer service was very personalised to our needs, we would highly recommend Keeley and would us her again without a doubt.

If you have bought and sold property in Auckland, you might think you know all about dealing in real estate. However, in Cromwell you will learn again. I can recommend Keeley at so many levels including excellent up to the minute local knowledge of the real estate market; knowledge of prospective buyers and most importantly nurturing relationships as a salesperson. It was evident to me that Keeley maintained excellent relationships with the buyers just as she did with me. Keeley kept me informed and when the time came to make the sale she provided us with clear direct communication so I could make my decision and move forwards. I was also impressed that Keeley had dotted the i's and crossed the t's before presenting me with the offer. The offer exceeded my expectation. I was referred to Keeley via a personal contact. I had met previously another local real estate salesperson and knew of another as an acquaintance. Keeley was immediately a star when compared to the other two local real estate salespersons. I am so delighted that I gave my listing to Keeley.
