We rang up out of the blue, Peter met us at the property and was personable and was able to answer all of our questions. We are new to the Central Otago market, and he was patient with all we needed to know. The photos of the property actually reflected the property well, unlike the wide angle shots we have seen from other agents. He was open and honest about procing and what was required, and we appreciate this. He was also in good communication with the sellers, and gave us realistic timeframes for things and kept to them.
