When it came time to look at selling our mothers property last December we contacted Bruce Hosking from Tall Poppies. Bruce gave us advice surrounding the market and what would be the most sensible approach selling a 1980’s property that was dated and in need of modernising. After 5 weeks of trying to sell privately with not a lot of luck, decided to go through an Agent, we had seen more and more Tall Poppy signs around and heard they were very professional, so picked up the phone one Friday and Iain answered. I explained our situation, he asked would we like him to call around on the Saturday and have a chat. Well by the time he had explained about Tall Poppy and how they operated and what they could offer, we were very happy to sign up with him.Nothing ever was a problem, he has a very professional approach, and explains everything very clearly.
