Willie was fantastic to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling a house. He gave us an honest and realistic appraisal of the house and the current market. He didn't try to entice us into listing with him by inflating our expectations like some other agents tried to do. He gave us excellent advice on how to market the house and a realistic price range. He then worked hard to find the right buyer and kept us really well informed through our the process. He sold the house within a month (in a slow market) and we were very happy with the final sale price. He continued to market the house until the offer went unconditional just in case the sale fell through but sale went through without any delays and we even settled a month earlier than originally expected.
