After 5 weeks of trying to sell privately with not a lot of luck, decided to go through an Agent, we had seen more and more Tall Poppy signs around and heard they were very professional, so picked up the phone one Friday and Iain answered. I explained our situation, he asked would we like him to call around on the Saturday and have a chat. Well by the time he had explained about Tall Poppy and how they operated and what they could offer, we were very happy to sign up with him.Nothing ever was a problem, he has a very professional approach, and explains everything very clearly. We had a couple of open homes, then 2 offers were presented to us, 1 of which we accepted. The price was better than expected and became unconditional even quicker than the original signed date.Iain kept us updated straight away after open homes by way of their new video messaging, which is much more personal. We would certainly recommend Iain to sell your property for you if he is in your area or the Tall Poppy Realestate. It only took 4 weeks from signing up to becoming unconditional. Their fixed price commission was originally the selling point, but Iain ended up being “THE MAN”

As first timers with the selling and buying process we were a little anxious about it all. Willie made us feel very relaxed and assured us of all our steps along the way while simplifying the whole process for us. We had a couple of appraisals from other agents but couldn't help but be swayed towards Willie's down to earth nature and knowledge of the local market. Willie kept us well informed after inspections and open homes and were always up to date on intersted partys and potential offers. Willie had 3 offers to us within a week of being listed and house was sold not long after. Very small fees compared to some of the other agency's extremely high prices. A great agent who we would happily use again.

Iain has a lifetime customer here..usually buying/selling a house is a somewhat anxious experience, but Iain is a professional in his approach, fastidious with communicating clearly, and know what he is doing.
