This is the second time that Bruce has helped our family to sell a property. Bruce is professional and dependable. He got the house on the market within a minimum of fuss, which is excellent when organising a house sale remotely. He assisted with getting the house ready for market, including letting various tradespeople into the house to do maintenance work. His communications were outstanding, especially when we needed a change of plan in the marketing of the property soon after it went to market. He is respectful of all of the people involved in the process, keeping me, my mother, the buyer and lawyers informed along each step of the process.

Bruce took over from another Tall Poppy agent who resigned. We immediately noticed a marked comment to the selling process in all respects. Bruce's kind and friendly manner was much appreciated by us and I am sure the potential buyers. The market during the sale process difficult and Bruce provided reassurance and guidance during this time. We have no hesitation in recommending him to other sellers

I would like to thank Bruce for his excellent manner in which he went about selling my house when the market was down and he said after the interest rates changed so did the buyers interest in the house I would have no problem recommending Bruce as a selling agent for their house

It was easy to work with Bruce. He persisted with ongoing open homes in order to get people through. He negotiated with the other vendor who drop their price in order for my sale price to be dropped for the sale to go through. I would have liked more of an opportunity to view the property for a longer period than two half hour periods but now realise I could probably have arranged this. Once the house was unconditional with the deposit paid, I would have liked more input from Bruce regarding the problem with the purchased property, and what my options were, because the property is now not the same as I bought. I understand it is in the hands of the lawyers but feel slightly left out of process.

Dealing with Bruce has been wonderful, his knowledge is excellent, he has recognised the uniqueness of our home and actively worked not only to sell but to find the right buyer for us. Best of all Bruce is a really likeable person and a pleasure to have around
