I've dealt with a few real estate agents over the years and Willie Roy really stands out, he's extremely professional, a great communicator and a really nice guy! It was an easy choice to engage Willie as our selling agent, you always new he had your best interests at heart and his honest friendly manner was there right from the start through to the finish of the process. Bruce correctly priced the house to the market and delivered exceedingly. He understood that having a big family that we still had to live in the house while selling, so he didn't bombard us with open homes and random showings like many of the other competitor companies do. He tailor fit the sell to our lives, but still got the job done. He emailed and rang when necessary, so his communication couldn't of been better. We really rate Bruce highly and definitely will be using him in the future if the opportunity arises.
