Bruce was a very thorough and helpful agent to deal with while working through our first house sale. We felt he was very accurate with his market predictions, but we were even happier to get a price higher than expected. He also didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary and was open and honest with us about his expectations. We found ourselves feeling well looked after and without any doubts after speaking with Bruce. He was more than happy to answer our questions at any time. The organisation around open homes and secondary visits for prospective buyers was a breeze with all times set in advance and he kept us in the loop the whole time from the moment expressions of interest were received on our property.
