And vital as i was selling in an area I didn't live in. I was selling in a market that was getting worse by the day. It was suggested that i do an auction, i wanted to do a deadline sale and Leeon and Mukti went with what 'I' the client wanted. The house went on the market mid October and didn't sell by deadline but a conditional offer was made. 2 days before that offer expired a cash offer came in.
