Graham is very polite and respectful. This was especially appreciated as the vendor is an elderly person. Graham's professionalism meant that the process was carried out efficiently and thoroughly. He is very good at explaining how the process works and spent time with the vendor and family to ensure that everything was clearly understood. The sale was complex and yet the vendor felt confident in the process. This was due to Graham having so much experience with this type of sale.
