Leeon came to my property, on 2 separate occasions, prior to my choosing Harcourts. I found him knowledgeable, helpful, empathetic to my needs, and I liked his confident approach. Once I had employed the services of Harcourts, I was particularly impressed that ALL staff visited my property. The video was excellent; marketing and fees competitively priced. I set my sale at a 2 week deadline. Communication was excellent. The whole process was stress free. I would highly recommend the services of Leeon and his team at Harcourts.

Leeon, Claire and Mukti were professional from start to finish and kept us informed every step of the way. We appreciated their experience and hard work in selling our properties and eventually securing for us our lovely new home.

Overall we were very happy with Leon. We just have one comment. When we sold our house under condition of the buyers selling theirs it might have been wise to put our house on the open market. We expected that to happen after 15 working days but it did not happen for 6 weeks.

We approached Leeon, since he had had a very good result selling the house, immediately behind us. He had a positive reputation and we had positive feedback from others. From our first contact we found Leeon responsive and his communication was clear and decisive. After appointing Harcourts, we knew that Leeon and Mukti were clearly working for us and working to get the best result for us. Leeon and Mukti kept us fully informed with "no flannel" market reports on a regular basis. It is clear that Harcourts Motueka have a database and connections with a range of buyers. The prospective buyers they introduced were all qualified in terms of financial capability and intent. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years. Our experience with selling this property, through Leeon, is probably the smoothest and most successful we have ever had. They did everything they said they would. The auction itself conducted by Roger Dawson was quick and lively with keen buyer interest. That keen interest was engendered largely by Leeon's marketing ability and performance

When discussing the upcoming listing of my Ruby Bay Cottage Leeon's name came up a number of times when talking with Motueka locals, as being the Real Estate Agent who would get it sold for what I wanted. As I headed into the final preparation for listing my property, the national-wide Covid Lockdown in August 2021 threw a few unwanted balls up in the air, in respect of co-ordinating everything to have the property ready to go to market. Dealing with Leeon during this time was seamless. Leeon has an incredibly calm and professional manner and I genuinely believed, at all times, that Leeon (and his Harcourts team) was working in partnership with me, to achieve the best possible result for my property sale. Leeon provided a market appraisal and I was upfront with him from the get-go about what I wanted to achieve price wise and we did that at Deadline Sale three weeks later. I think that when you have to contact people to ask for an update on what is happening, that means service failure has already occurred. I didn't have to do this once. I always felt informed and updated regarding viewings and buyer interest. I have dealt with a number of Real Estate agents over the years and Leeon impressed as being a complete professional at what he does and knows the Tasman market inside and out.

My first impressions of Leeon was that he was always very prompt to reply to phone calls and messages I left for him. My partner and I enjoyed getting to know and working with Leeon over the weeks leading up to auction. The atmosphere he created in the open home was always relaxed with a willingness to answer all questions to the best of his abilities. Leeon’s professional approach towards us was friendly and supportive and we didn’t feel pushed into making any decisions. On the day of auction, Leeon sat with us as we bid, and he was extremely and genuinely happy for us and our success in winning at auction. We are absolutely delighted to have purchased our first family home and it was a pleasure to work with Leeon through the process. I’m sure we will meet around town and there will continue to be a friendly connection between us!

Exemplary in all aspects even taking on board our requirement for a clause to assist purchaser if vendors were unable to consummate the sale.(2a : finish, complete consummate a business deal. b : to make perfect. c : achieve … ) Leeons' PA Mutki too is an extremely professional individual; integral to the success of the transaction. Leeon & Mutki kept us fully informed at all stages of the buying process, which given multi offer and vendors other properties needing to be sold, meant a huge juggling effort. Their attempts to video the handover which would have been a great keep sake et el was sadly thwarted by vendors tenant not being able to give us vacant possession until 5:00pm on day of settlement. Leeon to was involved hands on in the process. Will recommend Leeon, Mutki and co

Our transactions with Leeon were about as complicated as they come. With 2 sales and 1 purchase that all had to align at the same time within a short time frame. Leeon’s friendly upbeat attitude gave us confidence that we could actually achieve this. At a highly stressful time for us Leeon and his team made the whole process as easy as it possibly could be. Our many questions were always answered promptly and they went above and beyond to do anything to help us achieve our end goal. Leeon has realistic extensive local market knowledge and we happily recommend him to anyone considering listing their property no matter how complicated it may seem!

We so appreciated the work that Mukti and Leeon put into helping us purchase our wonderful home here. They were friendly, approachable and felt as though they were fully invested in our purchase. I would definitely list with them if I ever was to sell. Unfortunately for them I love my new house so much this will probably never happen! Great job, guys.
