It was a very emotional decision to sell a property that has been in the family through two generations. Leeon and his team have supported me with empathy, friendliness and excellent communication at every step of the way. I highly recommend Harcourts Motueka and Mapua

Leon and Mukti are extremely professional yet incredibly friendly and helpful with every step of selling a property. Everything is clearly explained with timely updates on how things are progressing. Leon will go the extra mile for you to get the sale through. Wouldn't deal with anyone else.

And the Harcourts team. I was really happy through out the whole process. All communication from signing up, to viewings and onto the final sale were excellent.

Such a relief shared with us by Leon that we didn't have to wait months and months

Leeon was acting on behalf of a deceased estate. The whole team kept us updated and informed throughout the whole journey. They made the whole thing less stressful.

Right from the beginning, Leeon and his team showed professionalism and courtesy towards us. From our first meeting they understood the circumstances around our reasons for selling, and explained the process needed to achieve our goals. They were knowledgeable about what the local market was doing and priced our property realistically. At all times they communicated developments and suggested the appropriate action going forward. In my opinion our property was priced appropriately for the current market and this proved correct with the quick sale.

Graham was the agent for the vendors of a house that we bought at auction. He assisted us with the auction process as we hadn't been to an auction before.
