This was the 2nd time I have engaged Graham’s service. Good old fashioned honesty, easy to talk to, offered sound advice, and has good long term knowledge of market history, legalities etc. And he LISTENED! Followed directives and went the extra mile, even to the point of driving over 70kms on New years day to do a viewing for bolshy viewers whom had tried to sidestep the agent.
