Friendly and supportive

Jeremy has excellent market knowledge , communicates extremely well and is very professional .
Jeremy was very motivated and professional . His market research for sales locally and wider was great . The use of multi social media platforms to advertise ensured that there was the largest buyer interest . His communication throughout was excellent which made the process so much easier . Along with his team of Casey and Hannah and the very large Harcourts team I’m very pleased to have entrusted them to achieve the best possible sale price which was attained in short time . Absolutely the best ! I would highly recommend to all in the property market to choose Jeremy and his team .

As soon as we listed the house with Tim he hit the ground running and together with his team was totally focused on getting a result. Open homes were presented every Sunday to encourage interest which proved successful. We were regularly updated after each open home with how many viewings and the extent of interest. We were advised of any offers that were presented and Tim negotiated with a potential buyer in a professional manner to achieve the best possible outcome. Taking into account today's market we were pleased with the eventual result. Although Tim would obviously have alot going on I felt he and his team were totally focused and did not let up including open homes until there was a signed unconditional contract. I would have no hesitation to recommend Tim

Spot on Jeremy
Jeremy was very friendly and patiently answered all our questions. He was willing to give it go and nothing was too hard to try. We were kept in the loop all the time which makes the unfamiliar process easier and more understandable.

Fletcher Hautapu goes the extra mile with a cheerful smile!
It is 37 years since we were last in the housing market so we were in need of extra support and information from our chosen agent. We consider ourselves lucky to have selected Fletcher Hautapu who gave us the support that we needed. We found him to be excellent in every respect. He communicated clearly, both in his verbal and written reports, was very cheerful in his demeanor and punctual in his arrangements. He also listened carefully to our responses as we together refined the marketing of our existing home. When we called for information from Council records etcetera he was quick and effective. As chance has it, Fletcher was involved both in our sale and the purchase of our next home and making some arrangements that enabled both transactions to proceed. Overall we found him to be knowledgable, diligent and a pleasure to work with. He is highly recommended.
