Carole was very welcoming at all times making you feel at ease, not easy to do because of the various pressures that arise when you are buying a new home. She was positive in her communication, making reminders of process, but not being pushy. She was always easy to get hold of when we had a question or wished to make a comment, this was not always at the most convenient of times. She understands the enormity of purchasing real estate, and the pressures that this creates, for the vendor and buyer alike. She was working for the vendor, but we also had the feeling she was working for us as well. She managed to steer the course of this real estate purchase extremely well.

We found Deb to be very patient with us, as we had visited a number of homes prior to purchasing our final choice. When our final choice was made, Deb was the agent on hand to help us through the process. She was very efficient and liased professionally between ourselves and the vendor to ensure that the purchase of the home was successful. Deb was also great at explaining terms, conditions and all of the other house purchasing jargon. Likewise, she liaised with our solicitor professionally as well and we appreciated the fact that Deb maintained contact with us throughout the purchasing process.
