I started my real estate career in 2001 and in that time I have gained a wealth of knowledge and in my experience two things are crucial to achieving a positive outcome and satisfied clients - Empathy and trust - the ability to relate well to people, advise clients credibly and 'manage' the sale process carefully to minimise anxiety and stress to sellers and buyers. I possess the knowledge and enthusiasm to provide you with these skills, while still acting in your best interests. - Expertise and experience - especially the skill with which an agent can efficiently structure, negotiate and close a deal that benefits all parties. My success in real estate is based on a background that includes a career in a multi-national accounting firm, as North Island Manager, plus two years working in a business that my husband, Andrew, still operates. This professional background has given me a range of people, business, marketing and negotiating skills, all of which I use to assist clients like you to buy and sell homes smoothly and successfully.
