Exceptional guidance from renovation to sale and beyond

Stuck in a rut prior to renovation, the Madigan’s were quick to respond to the call for help and gave us great, practical advice to get our 1950’s home in need of some TLC up to a fresh standard. They helped make things happen and getting us ready for market. We were stoked with the results which were showcased well in the listing photos, resulting in strong open home interest and an unconditional offer in good time. We’re thankful for their subsequent time and knowledge during our buying process, and would recommend the Madigan’s to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Professional service, from a well-presented, friendly, agent

Dealing with an elderly couple who hadn't been near an estate agent for some 25 years must have been something of a challenge. But it was certainly one Casey Jensen met with patience and professionalism as he guided us through the unfamiliar sale process in what was a turbulent and unpredictable time as the market responded to the impacts of events overseas. Our final sale price was lower than we had expected, but still acceptable considering the circumstances, and certainly no reflection on Casey's commitment to selling our property and the professionalism of the service he provided. That our house sold in a relatively short time is very much a "plus". Thank you Casey, for a job well done. We have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone seeking a skilled, friendly and trustworthy agent with the necessary "can-do" attitude.
