Fletcher was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, friendly, informative and nothing was too much of a problem. We encountered a delay with the first property I put in an offer for (Vendor issue not agent) and the property was unfortunately withdrawn from the market. Fletcher had kept me informed with every delay and it was much appreciated, so I was aware of everything that was happening. He sent me info on other properties that could be of interest, and left me to decide if I'd like to view any. In the end we had a favorable outcome on my 2nd property offer and this went as smooth as it possibly could. Nothing is a problem for Fletcher and I would be more than happy to deal with him again and I couldn't reccomend him highly enough to any prospective buyer out there.
