Jeremy responded quickly, summarized how he saw things and left the final decision to us. When we were ready we got back in touch, agreed an approach, signed the paperwork and prepared the property. That took a bit longer than expected, but Bridget organized things well with the stagers, grounds people etc and when we were done, the place was listed on track. The planned three week campaign was optimistic in my view, but it worked a treat - I am happy to be proven wrong there! Pricing issues were discussed openly and honestly and final decisions were always ours after being well briefed. This process took a long time due to house renovations, a wet period and me being unable to find a suitable home to buy. I thought Arend was pretty patient and kept in touch. When it did happen it was fairly quick and Arend was able to guide me through it and demonstrate his expertise at selling houses. All in all, a daunting process for me made easier by his willingness to meet and explain things and in the end get a good price for my house.
