I have never sold a house by auction before and Jeremy was very professional, communicating every step of the way to make the paperwork and marketing go smoothly, and answering any questions I had. His confidence and marketing strategy achieved an excellent result. His team shared their local knowledge and understanding of the local market which enabled me to to set a realistic reserve. On the day we exceeded the reserve by $18,000.00. As I live out of town Jeremy made it easy for me communicate through a group Whats App and I was able to view the auction online. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team.
