When we started thinking about selling our rental in New Plymouth we looked on Google and came across a few so I sent out emails and Tawny was the one that talked to us right through the selling of our house. Tawny kept us fully informed with all updates and reports of who came though the open homes. Thanks for all your hard work and for hanging in their with us.

As I wasn't living in New Plymouth at the time I was getting a bit stressed as the three previous house offers I had made had been unsuccessful. Tawny put me at ease and I believed she would find me a house, so I stopped trying so hard and left the task with her. Tawny was focused, an excellent communicator but never pushy and I left all the details up to her, so I was very happy when my house offer was accepted. Thank-you so much Tawny for making it happen.

We had no hesitation engaging Tawny as our agent - this is the second time Tawny has sold a house for us. On both occasions, Tawny's market appraisal and sales strategy were spot on and the sales results exceeded our expectations. Tawny kept us up-to-date – with prompt and efficient communications. She is down to earth yet really professional. We definitely recommend Tawny for selling / buying your next home.

""We'd like to thank Tawny for her excellent service. Tawny was friendly and professional at all times making the sale process easy for us. She listened to what we wanted and was always available and easy to talk to. She conscientiously worked behind the scenes with no fuss to ensure everything ran smoothly for our sale, all the details were just taken care of. This meant we were able to relax and as an absentee vendor this was of enormous comfort. I would happily use Tawny again and have already recommended her to others."" J Blair

"We first met Tawny at an open home and instantly felt comfortable with her professionalism and passion for her job. We had not been seriously looking for a house however we both fell in love with this particular property which lead us to get an appraisal on ours so that we could purchase this beautiful home. Tawny was not in any way over-bearing and straight away we knew we wanted her to sell our house. She carried out the appraisal the following day (even though it was a public holiday) and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. We were stoked when our property sold in just 7 Days with a fantastic result!! That meant we were able to buy the house we adored so much for our extended family. Selling and/or buying a house is never an easy process however Tawny took all the stress out of it all with her can-do attitude, knowledge and brilliant communication. We are absolutely stoked we had her as our agent as we had not come across one prior that we gelled with. We have already been referring her to friends who have been motivated by our sale to sell their property!" G Knowles
