Tawny researched current market sales in our area relevant to our property. We had great confidence in Tawny as she discussed listing and marketing options in an accurate, clear, and relatable manner. Tawnys continued positive communication throughout the process was amazing and much appreciated.

We have bought and sold with Tawny. She is an absolute professional, intelligent, and an excellent communicator. She was confident she could get a price of about 70k more than anyone else who came to look at our place and she produced a rock-solid offer less than two weeks after listing. She puts the work in. Top agent!

had not met Remax before nor Tawny, but have really experienced with other agencies. None has come near Tawny's work for me in my recent somewhat hasty need to sell. Tawny's gracious, attentive, and totally professional response to my circumstances and preferences were in a class of their own. She listened, understood and I'm certain all of "the possible buyers" would agree with me. Everything about the project was pleasing and helpful to me thanks to Tawny. I am very grateful and peaceful with the process and outcome and I fully recommend her.

Sharon has great market knowledge which she used to make a plan to sell our house. She kept us well informed throughout the whole process and took all of the stress out of selling our house. We would highly recommend Sharon to anyone thinking of selling their home.

We are first home buyers who have been hoping to purchase a house of our own for the last 12 months. Overtime we felt discouraged, but when we saw Waterloo Place come on the market and met with Cherry we felt our luck was changing! Cherry has been a very helpful, kind, encouraging and professional agent. Allowing us private viewings and promptly answering all our questions to help the process run smoothly. We’ve truly enjoyed working with Cherry as first home buyers and strongly recommend her for future buyers and sellers. Thank you Cherry for the great service!

Sharon did her research of sales in the area and guided me appropriately. She was professional, helpful and very accommodating. She even offered to come and help with cleaning and packing and offered the use of a trailer if I needed it. Thank you for all your help.

Whilst we have been in NZ for 16 years this was only the second house purchase and dependent on sale of our own property. On top of that was extra pressure from a very hot housing market which all led to feeling quite vulnerable and stressed. Tawny was very helpful, her communication was good throughout and she kept us up to date with what was happening. She was very patient through the whole process.

We have had experience as buyers and sellers with Tawny Urwin and she's fantastic! Highly experienced, professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Both of our sales using Tawny have achieved sale prices well above what we expected. Tawny is a no-fuss agent who just gets the job done . She is honest, straight up and genuinely cares about buyers and sellers alike. Thank you so much Tawny - once again, a great job!
