We hit the jackpot when we listed our property through Rebecca & Mel. Having a team dynamic meant someone was always available & knowledge was two-fold. Their enthusiasm made for a flawless & quick sale. We would happily recommend Team Stevens

Melanie guided us through the process and was available to access the property with us, although it was a 45 minute drive away. She was always responsive to our questions and requests and kept us well informed. It was a pleasure working with Mel.

Melanie was wonderful during the house sale for my elderly parents. She is very professional and caring and I knew she had my parents best interests at heart. Melanie made the whole sale process fast and stress free.

The professionalism and vitality displayed for the house sale was refreshing and honest; Team Stevens delivered. We were kept informed and there were no grey areas, - no duplication in what we were being told! We sold within the time they had initially suggested and we got the right price. The fees were fair and reasonable, I have no reservations in recommending Team Stevens to anyone selling a property.

We would sincerely like to thank Tawny for her professional, respectful and caring way that she supported our Mum in the recent sale of her home. Mum was included in the entire process and Tawny offered encouragement and valued advice in a process we were unfamiliar with. It did not go unnoticed the extra mile Tawny put into open homes. Arriving early to either air or heat a home that was not being lived in and allowing the home to be presented in its best light. My Mum who had recently moved into an apartment was visited regularly with updates and strategy plans. The family also received either a text, call or an email with information. This was well above our expectations of the process and we were very grateful. The house also sold for more than we had thought likely due to multiple offers. All round very positive experience. Tawny is an honest and trustworthy agent with no hidden agenda. So lovely to have dealt with her. ~Walton family

I saw a house ( was really only checking the market, to look at buying in 2020) and fell in love with, however I was very busy and had only a short space of time in which to purchase. Melanie was helpful, made herself available with short notice, answered all of my questions and yet never pushing to make a sale. Her support and approach was appreciated

Once again it was an easy, simple process dealing with Mel and Rebecca. We got the price we wanted and a quick sale. We also had lots of laughs along the way which made the whole experience a lot more fun than it normally would be!
