Cherry Holden was great to work with during what could have been a stressful time purchasing our first home in New Zealand. During Covid-19, as restrictions were made for us to go to Level 3, Cherry showed us through the home the day the restrictions were reduced. She ensured that all sanitary measures were taken and wanted to make sure she was doing the best and most responsible job she could for the vendors and us. We spent a lot of time reviewing the home with the virtual tours which we cast to our smart TV and we could see a much bigger picture which was essential to viewing the home during Level 4, a time where we couldn't physically go and see it. This gave us ideas and a time to think creatively about what we might need, and what could go where (if we were lucky enough to get the home), all from the comfort of a chair.
