During the sale of Leith Street your communication with ourselves and the tenant was well done. You worked in a professional way to get possible purchasers through the house with a tenant with particular needs. Thanks for your help with this sale.

Il be honest and say ive never had much faith in real estate agents from negative past experience. Elke has totally changed that. Not only is she efficient, hard working, an excellent communicator, but she really works hard and advocates well for the seller....your lucky if you can get this agent in your corner 🙂

Shontelle was so helpful and honest throughout the entire process. She was so easy to work with and made the entire process a lot less stressful than I thought it was going to be. Highly recommend Shontelle and her team!

Jennifer was awesome to work with throughout the house purchase process. She stayed in touch and was transparent through out the whole process. Her enthusiasm and determination to both see the right family in the house and get the house sold was admirable! I highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Sherry and her team worked so hard on our house sale. They were professional, dedicated, honest, realistic and fun to deal with. We enjoyed working alongside Warren and really appreciated all his advice and help in getting everything sorted. Would totally recommend Sherry’s team and their communication. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with at Harcourts.

I think it's only fair to point out that Jennifer worked incredibly hard to get this agreement over the line in what was a robust negotiation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend having Jennifer on your side. Thank you Jennifer.

I was very impressed with the hope and courage i got from Sherry and team from the start to end .Its very difficult to get buyers during these difficult economic times but the team worked hard to market my property up until we got the buyer.

We moved to Whangarei in May and come July we decided to give buying our first home since Auckland was a tough market to start in. We viewed a lot of houses but couldn't find the one. We went to a house that had potential in tikipunga and met Renée for the first time. That property fell through but with her help she found us 17 Winston street which fellow agent (and her friend Kim) had listed. We knew that this was what we wanted and thanks to Renée with her excellent communication and "seeing us put first" attitude, we were fortunate enough to have our offer accepted. We really connected well with Renée and consider her a friend of ours. Once the deck is finished we will hope to see her for a bbq to celebrate the best decision we have made in moving to northland. Our heartfelt thanks to Renée and also Kim for all their support.

Elke helped us with our purchase of 79 Whau Valley road. She was very helpful and professional though the whole process. It had been awhile since we had purchased our last house so we appreciated her talking us though the process of putting a offer in. Elke is such a warm, friendly person and very easy to chat to which made purchasing the property hassle free.
