Our house was a difficult property to market and we were selling during a period when house sales were falling, but Dianne remained positive about getting a sale right from the start. She listened to our concerns, was patient and her persistence in making timely changes to the marketing strategy to boost property views and interest paid off. She was professional, easy to talk to, and was also very communicative so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. Kim was such a pleasure to deal with, being my first home made every thing less stressful having agency that knew her stuff both on the frontline and within office when dealing with paperwork.. Nice to see agency that treats you like a person and not a pay check and puts the time in between dealing between the buyer and vendor. Highly recommended.

I was not forced or persuaded away from my initial thoughts as to what I was prepared to accept for the sale of my property. I was very worried that the property was not going to be sold as there was not a lot of interest and with the election coming up thought I should have delayed the sale. Sherry kept telling me that I have a lovely home and it would be sold. Is a very daunting prospect having to go through the process on your own but she kept assuring me and was with me all the way. Sherry was asked toslong with other agents to give us feed back and potentially market property. sherry actually had a client whose sale had fallen over and needed something in 10 days . i wasnt living at property or in communication with x. sherry did nothing in our intetests, including putting gorward an offer which was not in our interest but knowing our situation/ (separation and court ) only ficused on getting the buyer best deal . i asked what the fee was she said 295, yes 295. , not 2.95%or $18.000. just 295. i fugured becase ni work marketing advertising nothing just a 15 min viewing. when i signed and asked again she replies $18.000. shes sneaky. she wad banging in about the house needed oainting , and in a few years yes , ciioke if bubbles we started to sort but never once ssid hey offer is bit lie etc etc . would never recommend her.
