Julian and Sam achieved a positive outcome for all parties involved in the sale/purchase of my rental property.Given the limited amount of potential buyers for a property in a semi complex situation like this one I think they did extremely well and I especially liked Julian’s slightly unorthodox but totally professional attitude towards achieving a positive outcome for both buyer and seller. Considering this property was at the lower end of the average range of property values I think team Blanchard gave it equal importance to any other property. One thing that I particularly liked was their ability to communicate efficiently and the group messenger worked well. The service I received from Nic Shaw was outstanding. I live in another part of the country and had to travel to Timaru, Nic made it very easy by working around my schedule. She responded promptly to my request for an appraisal and delivered it within the timeframe. I required a quick sale and Nic delivered that by selling the property in five days at the listed price.
