Motivated, experienced and easy to talk to

Julian Blanchard made the whole process so easy. We had two very different properties to sell to purchase one property, Julian used his knowledge and expertise to best market both properties. One property sold within two days the other sold at auction both with good outcomes. Julian was reliable and very motivated throughout this process but most of all he was honest and kept his word. Go for something that you fall in love with!!!

Working with Sophie Armstrong was a great experience overall. Having someone so responsive made a huge difference — she was always quick to answer questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Her knowledge of the local market was impressive. Sophie helped me understand pricing, comparable homes, and what to look for, which gave me real confidence going into offers.
