Barbara was excellent to work with. She had great communication throughout the process of selling our old home and buying our new one and always kept us in the loop with what was happening every step of the way. A well rounded, in depth selling experience.
I signed up with Jeremy then let him and the Kartolo team put together an outstanding brochure of our property for sale, even when many issues needed addressing on the house and grounds. The property wasn't ready to sell straight off. The team showed patience waiting for the kitchen and laundry ready for a professional interior photo shoot. Always checking out details about the property to build a complete picture on it's history including when replacement roof, wiring, carpets and heating etc, were done. I appreciated Jeremy's working with the buyer who requested a Building Report which showed drainage issues. It was a practical move to leave the outworked detail to resolution in his hands, to the buyer's satisfaction. I would ask Jeremy and his team, to sell a property on my behalf, again with pleasure. Janette is an exceptional agent. She is always very friendly, approachable and professional. Jeanette is always prepared to go the extra mile - showing me a property late in the evening on the weekend, in the dark with the temperature near freezing.(at my request). She is very knowledgeable about any property she shows me and if there is something she does not know she goes the extra mile in finding out and report back to me promptly.
