On 1st contact with Jemima she was very welcoming put you at ease by asking what we were looking for and our needs in a property Then she quickly put 3 suggested properties to view into the equation asked when it would suit me to view and arranged times I went along spent approximately 1.5 hrs veiwing the 3 properties which ranged from our lower budget to our maximum. Jemima her showed her talent in her knowledge of the market I picked a few of the properties got the wife up to view them aswell Jemima again shuffled her schedule to spend approx 3hrs with us and added 6 Dampier st to the equation after listening to us on other properties saying we would have to throw 50k to 60k at some of them to get them up to what we have just sold down south and after a discussion we decided to put the extra into a house that didn't need major upgrades and on Jemimas advice put an offer in pre auction and successfully acquired the property Thank you Jemima for welcoming us with your friendly and positive attitude and demonstrating your skill.and knowledge to help.us achieve our goal
