Having not sold property in NZ before, Lisa explained every step in detail, as well as what was likely to happen next. Lisa gave me excellent advice, and was always available to answer any questions. During Cyclone Gabrielle Lisa had difficulty with her journey, but still found time to check on my property and if everything was ok. Early on in the sale, Lisa discovered a water leak before an open home. She provided a dehumidifier, and mopped up the surplus water while I was unavailable. To say Lisa went above and beyond the call of duty, is an understatement, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa Girvan to any of my friends if they are thinking of selling their homes.
