Steve had an effective balance of attentiveness and giving us space when we were looking around the property. He was welcoming and on hand to answer questions or provide information, but didn’t feel the need to follow us around or bombard us with info like some agents do. This approach was evident in any follow up communication too. If we ever had questions he couldn’t answer, he was transparent in telling us he wasn’t sure but he would be sure to follow up to find out. His communication was always timely and he was open with us about how he thought things were going e.g. what the vendors were hoping for, how the market was trending, aspects of the property that made it different. During the period where the house was under contract, he remained in contact and was quick to answer any queries or address concerns. Diego and team took on a listing from another agent which could have been awkward but everything was handled with absolute professionalism and discretion.
