We recently had Diego Traglia recommended to us to sell our family home in Royal Heights. On first meeting Diego and listening to his promises we were a little skeptical. His advice and help pre house going on market was exceptional. Finally on the market week. Auckland still in lockdown. During the first few days Diego did short private viewings. He was inundated with inquiries and worked his socks off. Relaxed lockdown and One open home with 70 viewers later and just one week from start to finish we had 35 on paper offers. DIEGO had told us if he could not sell our house in 2 weeks there would be something wrong. Well he did it in just one week. We were totally blown away and very happy vendors.
