I had attended quite a few open homes, looking for the ‘perfect home’, so many that I had been referred to as a ‘tyre kicker’ by some agents. You know how it goes, you attend an open home and a few days later the agent calls you for a follow up and quickly hangs up when they find out that you don’t want to buy their house. Steve was a bit different, he followed up with questions about what I was looking for and realized that I wasn’t a ‘tyre kicker’, but just a very fussy house hunter. Steve took on the challenge and went about the business of finding us our “perfect home” and, after a few months of hunting and quite a number of viewings, he did... a beautiful home in our preferred area that wasn’t officially on the market. He then went about selling our existing house, gaining us a price over what we expected and within a week of putting it on the market. We only had two open homes, making the whole process very easy for us. Steve has all the necessary qualities that a real estate agent should possess and I could go on about his honesty, integrity, professionalism and enthusiasm etc, etc, however I will end my review by simply stating the obvious. Steve gets results. He succeeded in finding us a dream home in a lovely area and I very grateful that he “followed up“, when no other agent bothered.
