Taryn was in our opinion the easiest and best real estate agent we have ever dealt with. The whole process was about what we wanted, at our own pace. There was never any pushiness from her side, she handled our sale in a professional, empathetic and knowledgeable way. For years real estate agents have had negative connotations around the way they conduct themselves with regards to pushiness and being 'typical sales people' - Taryn is the complete opposite to this generalization. We would happily recommend Taryn to anyone looking to sell their home and, infact, already have!

There are couple of agents contacted me before I put my property on the market. Talked to Steve once and I had made my decision he will be the best agent to sale my property. He has abundant experience and knowledge for the current property market. He provides me a professional advice and keep me up to date after each open home. He communicated with the staging company and make sure all furniture move in the right time. Photos and video are perfected. My property looks stunning when it launch to the market. Winnie helped me to buy my first home. We would highly recommend Steve as an agent – throughout the sale of our house he was consistently patient and responsive with our (many) first-time home-seller questions. We found him to be professional, calm, honest and knowledgeable and we really felt like he was working with us to achieve the best results, taking the time to understand us and what our goals were. We really appreciated his great work ethic, pragmatic guidance, top marketing skills, and the way he kept us fully informed throughout the sale process. After our house sale, Steve then helped us buy our new home (very helpful at the auction) - we met a lot of agents in our search for a new property and very few (if any) of them seemed as competent, pro-active and pleasant as Steve was for us ... AND not only that but he then sorted us a rental property for the couple months between our sale and buy dates. We couldn’t have asked for more.
