We would highly recommend Steve as an agent – throughout the sale of our house he was consistently patient and responsive with our (many) first-time home-seller questions. We found him to be professional, calm, honest and knowledgeable and we really felt like he was working with us to achieve the best results, taking the time to understand us and what our goals were. We really appreciated his great work ethic, pragmatic guidance, top marketing skills, and the way he kept us fully informed throughout the sale process. After our house sale, Steve then helped us buy our new home (very helpful at the auction) - we met a lot of agents in our search for a new property and very few (if any) of them seemed as competent, pro-active and pleasant as Steve was for us ... AND not only that but he then sorted us a rental property for the couple months between our sale and buy dates. We couldn’t have asked for more.

From the first instant you can tell you're in the right hands. He is not about making the money or the commission he gets from the sale but building a relationship and to focus on what we as the vendor wants and needs. It was mine and my husband's first time selling our first home and we have no idea what needs to be done. Diego and Pari sat down with us and discussed everything in a way we can understand in simple terms and made the journey all through to auction day so much easier. They've been transparent the whole time and there was no sense of pressure at all. I feel kinda sad that we have to part ways now.. but I wish them truly all the best to their future endeavours and I hope to seem them again. Team Diego FTW.
