We would like to thank Paulette and Graham for helping us sell our Mother's home. At one point we were thinking it might not happen - but Paulette and Graham were able to pull a deal together that we were both very happy with. Paulette always kept us informed and let us know how things were going and . Paulette and Graham were both genuine, friendly, and had a great market knowledge. Would highly recommend if you needed their services.

Our house buying experience with Matthew was very easy and smooth. Matthew was great to deal with and was able to answer any questions we had and if didn't he found the information for us.

I recently got Matt to sell my property between Te Awamutu and Cambridge. The market hadn't been particularly kind - but Matt and I formed a plan, and he ran with it. He promoted the property well, and set up open days every weekend - up until the property went unconditional. Trying to sell at the low in the market wasn't easy, but Matt was dedicated to the task - always informing me of the level of interest, and following up leads until he completed the deal. I enjoyed Matt's approach and communication - especially as I had to live away from the area... and his efforts are much appreciated.

Trevor has been very helpful from the start of our search for a property in Camebridge. As we currently live in Gisborne, he has been able to arrange viewings on the occasions we have been in Camebridge, sometimes at very short notice. He has made it possible for us to complete the necessary paperwork whilst not present in Camebridge and has ultimately assisted us with buying 32b Campbell St. Thanks Trevor.

Rachel and Kylie were great. They kept us well informed throughout the sale process which was reassuring considering we were based in a different location. Thanks team.

Paulette and Graham from Cambridge Reality were a pleasure work with. In a tricky market, both were candid in their communication and went the extra mile to get our desired outcome. Not only did they sell our house, but helped us to find our perfect new home. Both Paulette and Graham knew exactly what we were looking for. We could not rate them highly enough.

Paulette from day one, knew what we needed to sell the property and how to present the property by highlighting the unique features inside and out. Paulette was always approachable, understanding, open, and flexible and would answer our queries quickly and professionally. Paulette is a caring, down-to-earth, warmhearted and fantastic agent.

I can’t speak highly enough of Matt. He is very personable and enthusiastic and sold our property in just under a month. He drew on all his networks, brought large numbers through our open homes and worked really hard to get a successful outcome. Thanks Matt.
